Easily the best episode of this arc yet. If the rest of the pacing is like this, it will be very enjoyable.

Majin Buu Arc:
99: Gohan goes to High School, Bulma makes him an outfit, Great Saiyaman starts two reckless drivers.
100: Videl finds out he's Gohan, tells him fight in the Tournament, Goku ...

So how are you asking us about the filler you keep/cut? I've got all the manga and episodes at my disposal, so I can offer my opinion on what is kept/cut, but you should post a general outline of the flow of each episode.
