I'm sorry, but the Kai version makes it look really cheesy, especially when Son Goku first turns SSJ. He says something around: "You heartless, toothless, (or tartless, can't remember)

So recently out of pure curiosity I decided to watch a few dub comparsions on youtube and found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeJIyz-A ... rofilepage. Now overall I prefer the Japanese cast but the Kai clip didn`t make me cringe at the dub like with Z.

Trying to watch Season 3 in english.

Come off your high horse. Funimation fans absolutely tear apart the Ocean dub (and not without good reason, but their dub is shit also). Look at pretty much any Ocean dub clip on YouTube or go into any other DBZ forum other than this. Stop acting like fans of the Funimation cast aren't also a bunch ...

I know I joke posted here once already but I'm actually going through the entire Funimation dub for the first time myself. It's not horrible on its own merits as far as the Saiyan saga goes. I'll see if I feel the same way once we hit the older stuff.
