You are asking for whole audio tracks, and essentially for an entire episode. You don't have to buy the boxset, just rent it at a video store. It's not going empty out your wallet. Hell, you could buy the damn boxset and then dump it on someone else when you're done with it.Genki wrote:I'm not asking for whole audio tracks, just 2 tracks from ep1. (5.1 us with jp bgm + 1.0 jp)
Renting is not an option for someone living in France.SatoSky wrote: You are asking for whole audio tracks, and essentially for an entire episode. FUNi is English version and American at that. It would be exceptionally difficult to get their DVDs in France (without shelling out serious cash). Plus renting in general isn't big in Europe as a whole, if I'm not mistaken. If you're going to pay through the roof, therefore, you might as well do as he's saying: get a sample and then buy the better stuff. As for the French version, I don't believe they ever came out with what he's asking for, so it's not like he can get that, either.SatoSky wrote:Didn't know he lived in France, so thanks for that. I'm assuming you can't rent it there because FUNimation doesn't have distribution rights in France?

Which he said he's going to do if it turns out it's what he wants. I don't see why your panties are in such a bind over this...SatoSky wrote:There's always the power of the internet. It's out there and pretty damn cheap too. Try eBay, Amazon etc.

He wants to try something out so he's asking for some audio. That's not much to ask for, really. He even says he would gladly purchase the boxsets (despite the restrictive fees it would incur) if this test is successful.
I'd be glad to rip the audio for him - if I knew how to, that is.
