I'm not gonna lie. When I first heard about this, I was a bit skeptical, and reluctant to read any of it. However, I'm really starting to get into this.

Goten as Great Saiyaman III? Priceless. I always expected Pan to carry on the legacy, though...

Woah, a whopping six new pages. The Kaioshin's plan with the Z-Sword is pretty interesting. I mean, the Elder Kaioshin brought back the idea during the Boo Saga, but nothing more really happened with it.

Also, it looks like Toyble's art is getting a lot better. Not once did I suspect any reference drawing in these latest pages.

Several panels looked familiar to me. There's only one that I recognized instantly, though.

We should have a contest on who can recognize the most references and the hardest to notice ones. I doesn't bother me at all that he does it. It's just kind of fun to see which scenes the pics were based on.

You didn't forget, that was never said in the manga. It's just that some bad guy happened to seal the Elder Kaioshin inside it (perhaps because there were no rice cookers around?); other than that it was just some legendary sword.

Let's see, things that look familiar: Gohan's "Full power" blast seems to be taken from the one he did against 3rd-form Freeza. I think the shot of the old man freaking out as a skyscraper is split in half comes from when Vegeta and Nappa's pods land on Earth.
