But to Say Spiderman 1 and 2, X-men 2, Batman(1, returns, begins, and the dark knight) Sucked is absolutely ludicrous as all of them pulled good reviews from critics and fans alike. They are all great movies, you sir have bad taste.
Spider-man (1,2,3)
Besides nearly every character changed, there's also a dirge of decent acting. Maguire in particular was a terrible choice.
X Men (1,2,3)
Nearly every character is re-imaged. At worst, the characters are unrecognizable. At best, they retain key traits that give them a passing familiarity, but more often than not
all character history is rewritten (the whole Pheonix fiasco, Wolverine and Sabertooth don't know each other, Juggernaut's a mutant now and not Xavier's brother, Mystique seemingly not Nightcrawler's mother, half the cast are friggin' children, etc).
Superman (1,2,3,4,Returns)
The first Superman film has it faults (mainly with the inclusion of Luthor's sidekicks and the idiotic plot) but is heads and shoulders above the rest. The second film had some good ideas, but never came together (in all fairness, tough, the production was a disaster). Three and four were laughable.
Returns is confusing, boring, logically contradictory, and it's plot is ultimately pointless. It inexplicably picks up after the first film, has an even
stupider plot than the initial movie (which is impressive, considering they're almost exactly the same).
Batman (1, Returns, Forever, and Robin, Begins, Dark Knight)
Burton's two films were pretty good. A few needless changes but all in all decent. The next two films tried to capture the camp and silliness (that the series inarguably has) but failed to be endearing.
The new Nolan films are fucking awful. The plots themselves aren't too bad (convoluted and with gaping holes, and they all hinge on someone being incredibly stupid, but not 'terrible') but the re-characterization of all the characters it unbelievable. Add into that some of the worst direction I've ever seen. And I've seen Ed Wood films.
And
that is exactly what I think will happen to this Dragon Ball film. All the worst parts of all these 'adaptations' seem to be resent: convoluted and (possibly) confusing plot, needlessly changed characterization, bad acting, worse direction.

They never claimed it was Dragon Ball.
Jesus Christ, seriously? You lose. The name of the movie is fucking "Dragon Ball". Explain how they
aren't claiming it's Dragon Ball, when they call it "Dragon Ball".
I hate to be the one to do it, but you are really coming off bad in this thread, just relax a bit.
You're right. I apologize. I don't mean to be mean.

Shit, lots of movies. Too many to give anything resembling a complete list, but how about 'comic book movies'?
Batman (1,2), Superman (1), Hellboy (1 and 2), Iron Man, 300, Sin City, Mystery Men, V for Vendetta, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1,2,3-haven't seen the new one).
