Ok, so “Heavenly People” is tenkai-jin, “person of the Heavenly Realm”. The term itself isn’t used in DB, but tenkai/Heavenly Realm is one of the names used for both God’s palace and the afterlife (and not to be confused with tengoku/Heaven, which is only one particular part of the DB afterlife). This ending bit is a reference to the Japanese superstition that if you sneeze, someone somewhere is talking bad about you. Vegeta’s speech causes Goku to suddenly sneeze, making Paikuhan wonder why.

Ok, so how is any kind of training they can do going to outperform a Super Saiyan 4 fusion.

The best I can think of on the fly is enhancing the power of such a fusion by training on their own, assuming that one of them (Vegeta?) is part of it. But... I expect we'll either get something either far less or far more fitting. -_-

Vegeta's li'l speech gives me hope that it won't, but Toriyama tried the same thing, so eh...
It feels a bit less predictable now, which is at least an improvement.
Still forsee Vegeta getting beat down needlessly again, though.

Wow, they were quick to steal it. Also, Toyble made DB Zero to be a printed only doujinshi, meaning, no digital version available. Although we're cheeky like that.

That's strange, though. I don't get the feeling that Vegeta is talking bad about Goku, just that that the Z-Senshi shouldn't rely on him all the time.

That reminds me of a bit in the Saiyan Arc, where Piccolo's berating Goku for being too soft on Gohan, and then it cuts to Goku sneezing.
