In the Japanese boxes, do they have the English dub?

Of course not. No English dub, no English subtitles. Why would its target audience (Japanese adults) be interested in either of those things? One of the extras has a couple of clips of foreign dubs, but that's mostly just make fun of them (who can blame them?).

I wasn't admonishing you, but it is a rather odd assumption that it would. I mean, the way I see it, we HAVE to pay for the dub. It's that tiny, annoying sacrifice we have to make in order to get the Japanese version for a better price than the Japanese. But they don't have that, so why would they willingly ruin the contents of their discs like that.

Well, this thread was originally about all the Dragon Boxes, not just Z, and jordanator didn't specify which one he was talking about in the post I responded to. I didn't say it was in Z.

I keep hearing about this extra, but obviously not owning the Japanese Dragon Boxes I haven't seen it, and as far as I can tell it isn't on YouTube or anything. Is there anyone around who has? I'm curious as to the content of the extra and exactly how they made fun of the edits.

One of the bonus features of the DB Dragon Box takes a look at some of the censorship from the early episodes of American DragonBall. There are four small clips, each introduced in a comical fashion, essentially mocking the American censorship. You read about them here.

For whatever reason I thought the extra was about Z and not Dragon Ball, so I didn't think to look there. Thanks, though! It's both funny and embarrassing to know Japan sits back and laughs at the censoring done on the series for broadcast.

I'm looking for what the packaging looks like, side-by-side views, angled views, Dragonbooks, discs, and the contents that are in the Dragonbook... and I mean everything except for the Perfect Guide....

Think you guys can handle It ?

You do realize that half of what you listed is on Kanzentai, right? But you do make it sound like you want scans of every single page of the Dragon Books, and that's just not gonna happen. I do plan on redoing a couple things on those pages sometime soon, since the scans are a little outdated and I no longer have the original scans. And if you're looking comparisons, you can check out our "Dragon Box Z Comparison" feature which I won't link to since you asked me not to. There's lots of photos there.

There's a reason you can't click on many of the images to view larger ones: people steal them! At the time the pages were put up, people were selling a lot of bootleg Dragon Boxes online and using our images to make them look legitimate. That is the main reason there aren't larger images of certain things. Within the last year I did put up larger scans of the Dragon Boxes themselves, along with the DVD books and Dragon Books. However, I have no plans of posting larger scans of the discs or Dragon Book contents because people will simply steal them, and I don't like scanning things out of the Dragon Books.

One: you need to fucking type properly. "English, do you speak it?" It's fucking ridiculous, and time consuming to correct your posts (that's what that red is, it's us trying to figure out what you're talking about). Shape up or ship out.

Two: Stop demanding shit like a fucking child. From what I've tried to understand (see above) Kanzentai has all the images and info you're looking for. Why do you need these images for? What information are you trying to gain? "Help us help you. Help us, help you!"
