The chapter has 2 pages, but in fact Freeza, Zarbon and Appule only appear at the bottom of page 143.

So to summarize, Ryo apparently left on a journey, making it seem like the last chapter, but he immediately returns. Everyone is mad at him for tricking them like that, but Ryo points out that he never explicitly said the series was ending. He says it's just a way of keeping things fresh, and jokes about changing the series' name to "Kochi-Kame Z". They decide to dump him into another manga, and he lands in DB.

@Herms, when you'll have some spare time could you translate completely the content of baloons of those three pages? Yes, they're three, you find the next page here, down under the text. I'm just a bit curious about dialogues, and so the project will be completed with this extra chapter. Now I'm adding page 144, (the next after the one with Freeza and the others), closing epilogue of this chapter:
