Mc Donald's Japan

Post by SS Kakarot » Sun Mar 12, 2006 3:12 pm

Anyone have an idea what these Figures are, and if these are the only three?

The pic came from the Toei DBZ site, but when you click on it you get to the site with the Pencil Boards/Posters, which look awesome by the way!

The current Happy Meal seems to have Narnia toys.... :?

VegettoEX @ 9:21 pm EST -- Over in Japan, McDonald's is giving away DBZ pencil boards and posters in their Happy Meals on certain days. Amazing. Simply amazing. Thanks to Tanooki Kuribo for the link.
Though I've no information other than that :P

Oh, who doesn't love McDonald's?! The greatest American Corporation to ever grace our land... I'm sorry, that's a total lie. Anyway, it's news time once again. As done many times before, McDonald's will be giving away DragonBall pencil boards with the purchase of a happy meal in Japan. *The kids jump for joy!*

Image

There will be two sets of pencil boards, each offered on different days in March (18-19 and 25-26). So if you happen to be in Japan, and order a happy meal on any of those days, you'll get some awesome DragonBall merchandise. But wait, there's more. As a special bonus, if you go in to a McDonald's on March 21st, you'll get a free DragonBall Z poster.

The picture of the action figures is a tad misleading, as I found out. They're not giving out any action figures, instead they've opted for pencil boards. What's a pencil board? A board that is placed under the top sheet of paper in a notepad, to prevent pencil marks from carrying over from sheet to another.

Then don't be sarcastic. If you follow the link provided it leads to what SS Kakarot was talking about.
