The Japanese DVDs have the credits on the opening and ending themes, pretty sure they also list the animation teams.

I thought those two 2nd form Freizas look the same. Probably because they are earlier in the series.
I actually think that the Gt animation is quite good. Go back to the episode where Goky defeats Omega Shenron with the spirit bomb. When it shows his back up close and the light is shining on him. I thought that looked amazing!

Uh, they're not. I even explained how different they are. o_O And earlier in the series, they went from a transition from the standard Dragon Ball animators to having a more serious look with Z to match Toriyama's art when it came to Vegeta and Nappa's arrival.
