The Jump Victory Carnival 2016 Official Guidebook is a small booklet given to all attendees of the Jump Victory Carnival event in 2016, which was held 06 August 2016 in Osaka and again 06 August 2016 in Tokyo. Known as the "Saikyō V-Jump Festa" in 2012 and 2013, the event was renamed as "Jump Victory Carnival" in 2014, a name it retains to this day.

The book contains information about the various companies and products on display during the event, news about said upcoming products, and various spin-off/supplemental manga chapters in support of these franchises.

Dragon Ball Manga

The 2016 official guide book features bonus chapters from five independent series.

Dragon Ball SD

Naho Ooishi contributes a four-page chapter of Dragon Ball SD on pages 80-83. This chapter continues Ooishi's ongoing series of bonus chapters where Trunks finds himself going back to the "wrong" point in time.

Trunks shows up to greet Son Goku as planned, but multiple versions of Trunks all begin to show up at the same point in time...

This two-page special chapter was reprinted and included as a bonus within the fifth collected edition of Dragon Ball SD in February 2018.

Dragon Ball Super

Toyotarō contributes a two-page chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga on pages 84-85.

In the alternate, future world of Trunks, Goku has died and the Artificial Humans continue to pillage the world. Bulma and Gohan notice that the Dragon Balls have been collected. The sky darkens as Pilaf & Co. summon Shenlong! Pilaf wishes for their youth to be restored, though Shuu wonders why this even matters with such monsters on the loose. Bulma and Gohan arrive, but it is too late. Shenlong complies, returning the trio to their youth... as babies. As Pilaf wonders what happened, the Dragon Balls drop from the sky as stones, meaning Piccolo has been killed. Bulma watches as Gohan screams his mentor's name. Baby Trunks, sitting in a carrier on her back, looks down at Mai, who returns the curious glance as the baby trio plan their escape.

This two-page special chapter was reprinted and included as a bonus within the second collected edition of the Dragon Ball Super manga in December 2016.
