The Saikyō V-Jump Festa 2012 Official Guidebook is a small booklet given to all attendees of the Saikyō V-Jump Festa event in 2012, which was held 21 July 2012 in Tokyo and again 28 July 2012 in Osaka.
The book contains information about the various companies and products on display during the event, news about said upcoming products, and various spin-off/supplemental manga chapters in support of these franchises.
Dragon Ball Product Information
The "Galaxy Mission 3" update for the Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game is highlighted on page 20.
Minor merchandise mentions (such as the Dragon Ball GT-branded "Dragon Ball Heroes Storage Box" on the inside flip-out spread) and crossovers (such as the Miracle Battle Carddass series on pages 22 and 53) are littered throughout the book where applicable.

The sole Dragon Ball-related manga chapter in the 2012 event's official guidebook is a two-page chapter of Dragon Ball SD by Naho Ooishi on pages 60-61 entitled "The Strongest Man" (最強の男編, Saikyō no Otoko-hen):
At Saikyō V-Jump Festa, Bulma is trying to explain the idea of a convention-type event to Goku when they hear shouting. Sai Jack, the official mascot of Saikyō Jump, is working the crowd and getting them fired up, but Goku interprets his words as a genuine challenge and decides to see just how strong he is. The poor guy does not stand a chance….
This two-page special chapter was reprinted and included as a bonus within the first collected edition of Dragon Ball SD in April 2013.
