Re: Where were Abo and Kado during Resurrection F?

Actually as of now, we don't really know whether the events of the 2008 special are still part of the current DBS continuity. The BoG refers to Vegeta's brother Tarble, but the DBS anime/manga doesn't. However, interestingly, Tarble is mentioned in the DBS Broly movie. But whether the events from th...

Re: When Will We Ever Get Out of the Boo Fight - End of Z Rift?!

The thing is, with previous Dragon Ball series we were used that there always had to be a multi-year time skip to the next arc. Was is it the three years between the tournaments, 5 years to the start of Z, one year to the Saiyans, three years to the Androids or the seven years to Buu. Personally I d...

Re: Moori, Esca and Polunga

Yeah, that's exactly what it looks like.
Either Moori transferred the Polungas power to Esca or he died after the wishes were made.
I don't expect any plot hole here, Toyotarou will give us an explanation soon.

Re: Official "Show off your Dragonball Crap" Thread

4 years late.. I finally found "Volume F" in a manga store in Tokyo for 300 Yen just next to all the other 42 volumes. I did not expect to find it anymore since it's not supposed to be sold and it was printed with a limited amount for cinema guests of "Fukkatsu no F" in 2015. Are there any numbers ...

Re: So is Tarble now non-canonical?

Boy, things are sure getting off topic here. Well we first must decide what is canon before we decide wether Tarble is canon or not. But we kind of went off on a tangent  Tarble is now officially part of the continuity. It's just the question whether the 2008 special events actually hap...

Re: Very happy to see Toyotaro keeping the official timeline and ages consistent for once.

Yes. Also, Movie 15's guidebook and the old version of the official Dragon Ball SSSS website place Movie 15 in AGE 779 as well. But ever since Super started, we never got any official "ages" again, if I'm not mistaken.. I think someone of the Dragon Ball Room should go through all the material toge...

Re: Goku & Friends Return - Still canon?

Tricky one... The ages in Super are an issue they need to address at some point... Around two years ago, I explained it myself like this. With the Tarble special in 776... but... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2l6Q9f1Ym2s But now we have the Broly movie, where it is indeed mentioned, that Vegeta ha...

Re: Very happy to see Toyotaro keeping the official timeline and ages consistent for once.

I agree and I'm also happy that Toyotarou referred to the event when Majin Buu absorbed DaiKaioshin perfectly with 5 million years ago. And about Toriyama I also think that he recently doesn't get the ages right... If you have seen the Broly movie, then you will notice two numbers making you scratch...

Indeed very interesting. Let's see if my Japanese is enough to read it.

So, therefore it seems that we some different versions of the story.
- movie
- novel
- manga (expected to come after the ToP concluded)
- anime (possibility of a retelling??? )

Or is a 'soon to be' hakaishin' with the power of a God of Destruction a kind of a loophole?
Maybe the topic will not even be addressed at all, because the Zeno's think it's cool.

Re: Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2/3 HD Collection?

(reads last sentence and cries) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! But on a serious note, perhaps they just want to focus on Xenoverse 2, FighterZ and eventually Xenoverse 3. Basically new shit. I'm still tempted to just get Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3 for the PS2 to reli...

Re: Theories & Ideas On The Origin of Zen'ō

If it was DBZ Abridged, Popo is the father of Zeno standing above everything... Like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mu0250EWglA Sounds crazy enough for Toriyama, but I expect that there must be above or equal to him. Either Zeno is like a God of Destruction and they could be also a God of Cre...

Re: I still don't understand why Universe 2 has a Yardrat

He found a way to teleport there. That's it. That was actually my first thought. Or a Yardratjin from Universe 6 who developed the Instant Transmission further to go to other universes - and that's why Jimeze may ended up in U2.. But on the other hand there's also a Tsufurujin in Universe 2, so the...

Wow, this is fun... I'd also like to give it a go! :D Episode 129: The Winner of the Tournament! Who is the Last Man Standing? With only 12 warriors left the Tournament of Power goes into its final minute. As Universe 7 still has the most fighters left it looks good for them, but... Episode 130: Veg...

Re: Dragon Ball Sales- Bandai Namco 2017 revenue (and 2018 forecast)

For now it's the best to take out as much of the 10 year gap as possible.
If now one event follows the other without a big time gap it's still believable.
So best going straight to the next story.

The fact that there were five Kaioshin and it seems like each universe just have one now is something I wished to be explained. Did Toriyama forget he introduced four more in a short flashback? Even so, I hope Toyotarou gives us some kind of explanation for that. Interestingly the Universe 6 Kaioshi...

Re: How long can ‘Super’ realistically stretch out the 10 year time gap?

Good question. I expected another arc right after (or even within) the Chikara no Taikai. So the timeframe for another arc can be just within the next couple of days. And I also expect another story in Trunks future. Leaving Mai and Trunks twice in the same timeline could be a built-up for another a...

After the 'last arc' - be it the Universal Survival arc or one of the following... Beerus talks to Goku that he intends to have a proper sleep again for like 30 years after a too eventful time. Goku agrees, but wishes for one final fight against Beerus. Beerus agrees, they go to a proper fighting st...

For Z's end - the 5 years without seing each other. - Uub's existence to Vegeta - Gohan living in a diferent place and not Next door from Goku and Chichi. - The 10 years of peace aren't that peaceful now that Freeza attacked earth, F.
