I wholeheartedly agree with your #4, and that is where I prefer the dub. If I find that I can't sleep, I pick any random dvd from the Freeza saga and set it on marathon. Guaranteed REM sleep in 30 minutes or my money back.

I always loved the fact that he randomly had that leg ring. It's never explained, so it's just like, WTF? It's just there. And most people don't even realize it's there. But I think it's pretty cool.
