Re: Post Z sword training

I think Gohan grew stronger from the Z-sword training, but still nothing to the likes of Boo or Super Saiyan 3

I agree with this. I do believe that Gohan did get stronger after he trained with the Z-sword (to what extent, we don't know, still weaker than SSJ2 Goku, I suppose, but probably he ...

Re: How powerful was Freeza's third form?

Please refresh my memory, but didn't Goku use Kaio-ken x10, which would put him at 30,000,000 (assuming it works linearly of course)?

Re: Is Goku stronger than Gohan in the end of DBZ

Really? GT Perfect File says that? I find that hard to believe. Gohan doesn't look like he still trains. He looks out of shape. http://www.rubberslug.com/user/c49ca38cef9d4881a9d40e5423cd6701/182799-1232874-DBGT%20-%20SSJ%20SON%20GOHAN%20Cel%2002%20small.jpg

Re: Cell and Super Saiyan

I do agree that imperfect Cell of the future might be stronger than his present counterpart (reverting back to egg form and all that). Be that as it may, there is no reason to think that his future self is more powerful than 2nd-form Cell, which has normal SSJ aura rather than the FPSSJ aura.

And ...

Re: Cell and Super Saiyan

Really? I think Goku's aura in the Cell Game and beyond looks subtly different from the aura he had before. The so-called "Full Power" aura does fluctuate, but I think it's supposed to rather than it being an inconsistency. The auras from where Trunks fights the androids and Cell in the future, on ...

Re: Cell and Super Saiyan

I think it was only during Cell saga that they were making a big deal about the different forms of Super Saiyan, each of which comes with different aura. In Buu saga, every Super Saiyan was just that, a (regular) Super Saiyan (though their powers were worlds above SSJ Goku at Namek).

About aura's ...

Re: Could have Future Gohan been wished back?

I think a thread was created a while ago regarding restrictions of Dragon Ball wishes, and I believe it was never really stated that Porunga could not revive people that have died for too long (I think the only restriction with bringing people back to life was just that they didn't die of natural ...

Re: Piccolo lost power during the Majin Boo saga?

And yet there a plenty of people who think he acted a bit too unlike himself in the Buu Saga. Giving up when he faced the Kaioshin, panicing because of the Lookout.....one can argue it's because of the Buu Saga took a more humouros tone or that his character "developed" a little more over time, but ...

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread

Ginyu vs. Vegeta (after his zenkai against Recoome)

I don't know if this should go here, but I'm always wondering how strong he becomes after his zenkai against Recoome. Why should he be shocked by Goku's show of power against Ginyu when he would be shown later on to somehow match even first form ...

Re: No, SSJ Vegetto is not that strong.

The only reason "Goku x Vegeta = Vegetto" doesn't "make sense" to some people is because it doesn't fit in with their personal opinions or battle powers. However, there is literally nothing that says the aforementioned equation for Vegetto can't make sense.

Just because you want to look at ...

Re: No, SSJ Vegetto is not that strong.

And yeah if you look at bp and kili like a line then it doesn't work but if you look at it like a area (and they have compared power to area like things like oceans) then it does work. You typically measure a room in feet or meters but the total size is stated in square feet or square meters so it ...

Re: No, SSJ Vegetto is not that strong.

Yeah, but which battle power units we're talking about here. As I mentioned, there are at least two different battle power units: the first one being the one read by the scouters, and the second one being kili.

Once again, assuming that we just take numbers in one of the unit, multiply them, then ...

Re: No, SSJ Vegetto is not that strong.

Yes, he is insanely strong, but if you have read what I wrote on my post, then you would have read the reason why I think it didn't make sense for his power level to be the multiplication of Vegeta's and Goku's power levels.

We know from the story that there are at least two different power level ...

Re: No, SSJ Vegetto is not that strong.

The way I see, when you multiply two batter powers together, then it wouldn't be a battle power anymore. The units would've been different. For example, if you multiply two lengths together, the new quantity would have the units of area. Now you wouldn't compare area with length, would you ...
