It's a good theory, however, I regard the "Mystic" power-up as a barrier-destroyer, rather then a transformation. So Pan can go SSJ (I just put this on the fact that she's a female which is why she can't go SSJ). Which, in turn, can lead to Goku Jr to go SSJ.

By "full power" do you mean like Gohan and Goku did in the Cell saga? If so then there are a few ways to go about this:

Thanks! I think it might've been easier if they used a set of earing on from one person (like Kibito take off both of his earings and use Kaioshins) or swap the earings (and not just take them off) so then Kibitoshin has both earings...

Imagine it like Goku at SSJ (assuming SSJ is his full-power). He could go SSJ, and practice at it untill it doesn't take as much strain on his body, like when he was preparing for the Cell games, he wanted to fight at full power, but not take too much energy out of him.
