I really hope they cut the Mr.Satan's pupils scene drastically. It was just that one Mr.Satan Vs. Cell gag repeated over and over and over and over again. It was dragged out far longer then it needed to be.

I look forward to checking it out. From the gameplay vids I've seen it looks like a fusion between Super Butoden 2,3 and Ultimate Battle 22 with a hint of Budokai 1 in terms of modes. I'm not really seeing the whole "Sparking looks better" thing either. A lot of those models I really didn't care for because of how blocky and cumbersome they appear.

Thanks, the acting and voice choices seem pretty decent. Though I don't speak the language so I'm not sure about dialogue accuracy.

Yeah one of his masks resembles Arale I believe. I love how Arale is the Pandaman of the Dragon Ball world. (Excluding the fact we had a mini story arc focusing on her village of course.)

To be fair just because one shonen has terrible pacing doesn't negate the fact that the other does to. That's one stereotype I'll fully support. The pacing in the DBZ anime is absolutely terrible.

Seconding Hikari no Willpower for Trunks. I'm torn between Final Bout's Freeza theme and Kai's insert song when he stabs Kuririn.

Man the Graphics sure have changed a LOT since Budokai Tenkaichi 2. I think they look pretty great.

I'm currently listening to the podcast and I just wanted to point out that Goku (and Broly) was unlocked from the start in the French version of Dragon Ball Z 2 (La Légende Saien) on the Super Nintendo. You could still enter the code to unlock him and hear Broly scream, but it was pointless ...
