A remaster instead of a full remake is the perfect spot for me.
DBS is my favourite DB anime after DBZ and I wanted a better version of it, but I also want the new manga stories animated. This is a good compromise.

Finally, but I don't like how they ignored Toyotaro. Moro arc was written by him and Toriyama was just supervising. It's not right he gets all the credit because his name sells.

This level of remake would require it to be seasonal, which is thankfully the direction most anime are going in nowadays.

It was done by Daima staff and the animator is confirmed to be Shun Sawai. One of the best recent additions we got to DB family.

I'm disappointed Vincent Chansard didn't animate anything, but visually speaking, Daima stil lived up to the expectations in the end.
Last episodes put together are the best animated pieces of any other DB arc finale.

Enjoyed chapter 104 more than the entirety of Daima. Hopefully the manga comes back soon

This episode had the typical bad writing one should expect from Dragon Ball. The post-credits scene where they go to the shop, see more bugs and don't mention the fusion bugs at all was diabolical. Vintage Toriyama.
