I know of a few people on here who might like that. >.>

In the end, I'm up for Orange Brick discussion still going on whether I'm a part of it or not. I mean, with Season 3 coming out next month why not rehash old arguments? It'll get everyone up to speed when we see what FUNimation has in store for us next month.

*foams* Not in an angry way, just...
I think that's the point, though, Kendamu. They're OLD arguments. The people who keep talking about this Orange Brick issue are REHASHING it, REUSING it. And even with new little discoveries to nitpick over for this next set, the resulting argument is going to be the same. Just how many times do we need to go through this kind of thing?
Really, while people are going to complain about the issue (and people are going to complain about the people complaining) to some extent no matter what, I don't see any reason why people should keep bringing this whole Season Set thing up as time wears on. Like I said... the main arguments brought to the table have been getting REALLY old. I mean, we could not have ANY more threads, discussions, etc. on this matter anymore and any new forum member with half a brain can skip back a few pages and get filled in on EVERYTHING people seem to be so upset about here regarding these releases. Unless FUNi pulls something completely new and utterly nerve-wracking out of their asses with the next releases that's worth pointing out, or if they by some random miracle actually improve on them instead (gaspage! How farfetched an idea! But you know it is possible, even if only remotely so), why bother persisting in discussing it? We KNOW what's wrong with the set; we KNOW what FUNi did to sell it; c'mon, isn't that enough? If people still decide they like it or want to keep buying it instead of going for something of better quality, just chalk it up to their own decision/willful ignorance and leave it at that.
How do you expect to convince someone of anything when he's already made up his mind otherwise regardless of the facts? And how well do you expect him to take said facts if you're repeatedly trying to shove them down his throat when he disregards them? Clarification is good, but if it hasn't worked for certain people already, chances are good that it won't work for them in the future. Not unless you want to beat their heads with it. -_-
My point is... while he's proven a bit rude about pushing his plea, I have to agree (at least on a general level) with jjgp's initial post. Just what is the point in complaining? Or rather, what's the point in CONTINUING to complain? You have your preference as to which version you want to see; if someone doesn't care about which version they get, they just don't care. It's unfortunately kinda hard to break someone's apathy about anything. Meanwhile... you know which version you like better, or which to you is superior, so more power to you. Just... leave it at that.
Ehh... one man's trash is another man's treasure, or whatever. These Season Sets? They're exactly like that.
(Did any of this rambling make sense... ?)
