If something was brought up in a topic and I wasn't familiar with the idea being presented or it's not something I previously understood to be true, if it comes from a "prominent" member I tend to believe more. If it came from someone with only a dozen posts I will question if only because I consider Daizex to be THE only trustworthy source of Dragonball information. Mr. EX runs a tight operation and false info gets corrected quickly. And it's usually by the people who have been here for a really long time.SSJ2bardock wrote:Don't you think that's a bit unfair to judge like that. This is a bad example, but what if Akira Toriyama suddenly found this site and started posting. You would disregard his opinoins even though he knows more than any of us about dragonball.Anonymous Friend wrote:I don't know. I've been on member for some time now and if I see someone who has been active for a long or has a lot of posts, I take what they say more seriously. I figure that if they have been making a lot of posts and are still here they must be doing something right. This doesn't mean, however, they I completely disregard the new people.desirecampbell wrote:I've always been of the mind to do away with post counts entirely.
There's only one other Dragonball related site that I go to and it's only because I found them before I found this site. And I find myself going less and less because it's too loose of a site and, for the most part, I've been spoiled by the way Daizex works.
