I wonder if SSJG is a pure blood only thing, and that's why Birusu mentions Vegeta too. I doubt it though. Hell Vegeta got super strong! I'm really happy. I think I'm just going to say his power was emotionally locked, as previously mentioned.

That picture was taken 10 years ago when he came to NY for the US launch of Shonen Jump. Is that the most recent one we could find? I'd be curious to see a current one too.

  He posted the pictures of Nostal Treevax last purchases and gave no credit image!
  And I've seen lots of pictures and information that he sure got here in the Kanzenshuu!

I wonder if it was just a a gag scene. Going by everything we know about dragonball, he should logically not be able to get stronger then SSJ3 Goku (without SSJ3), SSJ2 Goku on the other hand is possible, but 3 is ridiculous.

No, Vegeta is legitimately angered that Birusu slaps Blooma, so he transforms into Super Saiyan and attacks Birusu. It's not about logic--it's about doing what Toriyama and Watanabe wanted to do.
