The J-Stars Victory Book is a small book provided to those who pre-ordered[1] the 2014 video game J-Stars Victory Vs. (either the Sony PlayStation 3 or Vita editions) in Japan, originally released 19 March 2014 as part of the 45th anniversary celebration for Weekly Shōnen Jump.
The book contains information about the various franchises represented in the game, production information, song lyrics, and more.
Packaging
The J-Stars Victory Book is stylized to look like a tankōbon-styled release under the V-Jump guide book line; this includes the colored stripe across the front cover and "author" comment — actually that of game producer Kōji Nakajima — on the inside flap.
When I myself was younger, I'd read Weekly Shōnen Jump voraciously, and always have dreams about Jump characters getting involved in fierce battles. So I really had fun during the development of this game! You're the one who decides the strongest hero! Please, use this 'playable Jump' to unfold hot battles all your own!
