Summary

This plot summary is given on the DVD cover:

After barely escaping Imecka with their lives, Goku, Trunks, and Pan arrive on a beautiful planet with a very ugly problem...an enormous monster that can create earthquakes with a shake of his whiskers! For years the monster has made demands upon the peaceful people of the planet. But this time he has gone too far! Zoonama now demands a bride! If the villagers do not comply he will create an earthquake powerful enough to bring their village crashing to the ground! That is, if Goku doesn't stop him first! But is the diminutive Saiyan biting off more than he can chew?

Extras

After a wish on the Eternal Dragon by the devious Emperor Pilaf, Goku is transformed back into a child! Goku must set out to recover the bizarre Black Star Dragon Balls which were scattered across the entire galaxy. If he cannot succeed in collecting the Dragon Balls the planet will explode! Goku has only one year to save the Earth!

Trunks wants nothing more than to help rid Doma and Laine's village of the terrifying beast, Zoonama. After all, one of the Black Star Dragon Balls is up for grabs should he succeed. But Trunks isn't very keen on Pan's suggestion for duping Zoonama. Trunks must swallow his pride as he ventures into very unfamiliar territory.

Pan is the daughter of Videl and Gohan. She is rambunctious, excitable, and at times childish. She considers herself to be a top notch fighter and adventurer, despite her limited world experience. She participated in the World Martial arts Tournament as a small child. Pan believes it is her way or the highway. She vows to become as great of a fighter as Goku.

This mighty beast terrorizes a peaceful village by threatening its residents with complete and total destruction if they do not feed his desires. The villagers bow to Zoonama's every whim because they believe he can create Earthquakes by merely waving his whiskers! Zoonama is given everything he wants, but his latest request might be too much to bear!

Doma is Laine's fiancé, and will stop at nothing from saving his bride-to-be from the terrible Zoonama. Doma is at first wary of the Saiyan intruders on his peaceful planet. But Doma eventually accepts the help of Goku, Trunks, and Pan in returning his love to his side. Even if it means his own destruction.

Over the years the residents of Laine's village heaped tribute upon tribute upon Zoonama, the terrible beast who can create devastating earthquakes by shaking his whiskers. But now Zoonama wants the unthinkable. With nothing left to give, the villagers are forced to offer Laine as payment. With no regard for her own safety, Laine boldly accepts her fate.

The bizarre Para Para Brothers are sent to find the powerful Black Star Dragon Balls by Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy so that he may complete his twisted vision of bringing the Luud Idol to life. Their strange armor has a most unique ability. It doubles as a set of speakers, which broadcasts an intoxicating rhythm that casts a spell over anyone who hears it, giving them a decided advantage in battle.
