Definitely one of the best-looking episodes of this saga, Shimanuki’s current Goku is one of my favorites. The expressions were spot on.

Even with all its flaws, I prefer the anime. It felt much more epic, the display of strategy and power was amazing compared to this (even if things like God Kaio-ken completely screwed up the power level scale). The explanation for Vegeta’s defeat in order to let Goku fight Hit in the manga was just ...

The only character I wish he could improve on a bit is Vegeta, I'm not big on the way he draws him still.

It's funny, his Vegeta is actually really good... when you correct the wide face. Squish it just a fraction and it looks 100 x better:

I love Masunaga and Miyahara art, both of them stand out as the very best for me.

Maeda and classic Yamamuro are close seconds, their designs fit perfectly for the parts of the story they worked on. Toyotaro is also doing a great job for the manga.

Where did you read that? Herms hasn't translated the 2nd volume of the Perfect Files yet.
I found it on Syn's page in the Dragon Ball wiki under the section that talks about his power . Until Herms translates it, I'll go with it.

We assume Goku got a bit stronger from the Boo arc until BoG and Mr. Boo is just a little superior to SS2 as it is, so who wins this?

It is a misconception. People keep assuming it's from the Perfect Files, so when other people see that they go with it. It's not from the Perfect Files.
Does that make the statement of: Super Vegetto ≥ SSJ4 Goku less valid in any way ...
