Dragon Ball: Volume F is a small book provided alongside other bonus items to those who attended the theatrical premiere of the 2015 film Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' in Japan.

The book presents an additional subtitle of Akira Toriyama Drawn Script Complete Recording Volume F (鳥山明描き下ろし脚本完全収録 Toriyama Akira Kaki Oroshi Kyakuhon Kanzen Shūroku) on its front cover, spine, and back cover, while the credits page separates this subtitle from what would otherwise appear to be the formal "Dragon Ball: Volume F" title.

The book is credited to Bird Studio with... Caramel Mama... Banana Grove Studio...

Packaging

The cover and dust jacket of Volume F is stylized to look like Dragon Ball's 2009 revised tankōbon releases[1], featuring the large, green "D" and "B" letters on a white background, with the grid of nine character faces reminiscent of the forty-first tankōbon cover artwork. A comment from Akira Toriyama is present on the inside flap:

未だたくさんのファンのみなさんに支えられているドラゴンボールという奇跡の漫画。作者のボクにとっても本当にありがたい作品です。悟空に足を向けて眠れません。…ところで悟空ってどこに住んでいるんだっけ(笑)。

(translation forthcoming)
— Akira Toriyama

The original preview image of Volume F's front cover provided to the press did not feature Vegeta with blue hair in the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan transformation.[2]
