Shigeru Nakahara (born 22 January 1961) is a Japanese voice actor from Kamakura, Japan. During his career he has been associated with Arts Vision, Sigma Seven, Vi-Vo, and currently he is attached to Local Dream Production. His one and only credit under Dragon Ball is the role of Artificial Human No. 17.
