"Pansy's Theme" is the Kanzenshuu classification for a group of background music (BGM) pieces composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for The Legend of Shenlong in 1986. None of the BGM featuring Pansy's theme were officially released, and their official catalogue numbers are unknown.

Theme Analysis
Pansy's theme is less developed than other character themes in the film. It is introduced in K-218, when Pansy is seen running through the forest, with a simple identifying motive (in F Minor): 5-5-6-5-4-3-4-5 (C-C-D♭-C-B♭-A♭-B♭-C). This exact same motive appears again in K-222, when Bulma encounters Pansy. The theme's final iteration is in K-231, but it has a slight twist at the end of the phrase: 5-5-6-5-4-3-2-3-1. This phrase continues into a more developed melody that is not used in other tracks.
