Saibaiking is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball franchise, debuting as one of the hundreds of miscellaneous recruitable characters in Dragon Ball Fusions on the Nintendo 3DS, himself already a pre-existing fusion of various Saibaimen.
Biography
Dragon Ball Fusions
Saibaiking is a top grade Saibaiman born from multiple Saibaimen who have fused together.[1]
Upon reaching the Cell Games arena, speaking with Yamcha initiates a new conversation with Pu'er, who states that an army of Saibaimen is attacking. Yamcha is excited to get revenge on the Saibaimen, still holding a grudge against them, and promises to join the player's team when said revenge is complete. This initiates sub-event "Woe is Puar", prompting the player to defeat the Saibaimen in battle. The Saibaimen can be found on a cliff at the north end of the stage. Upon arriving, Yamcha asks for Goku's assistance in defeating them.
Following the player's defeat of the five Saibaimen, Saibaiking arrives and berates the player for defeating his friends, and challenges the player to a battle. Yamcha is confused by this new Saibaiman, who is not like the others at all. Saibaiking attacks with four regular Saibaimen in tow, and the player is tasked with defeating Saibaiking.
Saibaiking swears revenge and flies off following his defeat. Content with his revenge, Yamcha thanks Goku and the player and joins the team.
Saibaiking may then be re-encountered as part of general enemy groups on floors 1, 3, and 6, and can be recruited to the player's team in the normal fashion (by knocking them out with a "Zenkai" attack).
Once recruited, Saibaiking may occasionally be found in the player's spaceship; when approaching him, Saibaiking simply says "Kikikikii!" (キキキキー！).
Dragon Ball Fusions the Manga!!
Mugi rushes around a corner, searching for a key, when Saibaiking stops her short, tongue outstretched and clawing at the wall. Saibaiking attacks with his massive size and speed, but Piccolo's arm appears behind Mugi, blasting Saibaiking to nothingness to rescue her.[2]
Name
Saibaiking's name (サイバイキング Saibaikingu) is combination of the "Saibai" in "Saibaiman" with the English word "king".
Whereas the saibai (栽培) in "Saibaiman" (栽培マン) is written in kanji, Saibaiking's name is fully written in katakana as サイバイキング (Saibaikingu).
Techniques
Saibaiking is character no. 269 in Dragon Ball Fusions, and though he is described as a pre-existing fusion, the type of fusion that created him is unspecified. Saibaiking takes up his own character slot and acts as a unique, individual character; he cannot be split back apart into separate Saibaimen, but can perform EX Fusion with various other characters.

Saibaiking's passive ability in Dragon Ball Fusions is "Imperial Wrath" (強者の逆鱗 Kyoshu no Gekirin) which allows him to do 100% more damage when below 10% health.

Saibaiking thus far appears exclusively in Dragon Ball Fusions on the Nintendo 3DS and in chapter 11 of its respective Dragon Ball Fusions the Manga!! series as originally serialized in Saikyō Jump.
Notes
Saibaiking exhibits a speech quirk in Japanese with him ending each sentence in "-king":
