The Daizenshuu are crap it seems. ALmost every thread on here seems to have manetion of them and then a contradiction of some sort on the next line... It can't be to overly reliable.

No, if we go by Akira's theory than Saiya-jins do in fact bald. I think what he's saying is that if nothing unnatural alters a Saiya-jin's hair than it will remain in it's frozen place. Balding or growing slightly with age are the exception however.

I agree Roshi is much stronger and more experienced. Not to mention, he can use ki which is something we've all pretty much agreed on that Videl doesn't use as frequently.
