Age 779 is a fictional year in Dragon Ball's timeline, during which Freeza is resurrected and mounts an attack against Earth, Champa and Beerus hold a tournament, Copy-Vegeta emerges on Planet Potaufeu, and Future Trunks returns once again seeking aid from the past.

- Tagoma, killed by Freeza. This occurs only in Resurrection 'F'. In Dragon Ball Super, Tagoma presumably survives, having been switched into the body of a Namekian frog.

Almost everyone on Earth (with the exception of Son Goku, Bulma, Turtle Hermit, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Piccolo, Son Gohan, Jaco, Whis, and Beerus) dies when Freeza blows up the planet in a last-ditch effort to defeat Vegeta. However, Whis uses his Temporal Do-Over ability to reverse time to before this event occurred.
