Age 779 is a fictional year in Dragon Ball's timeline, during which Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' and a bulk of Dragon Ball Super occurs.

Freeza is resurrected and mounts an attack against Earth.^[1]^[2]
Champa and Beerus hold a tournament, pitting teams from Universe 6 and Universe 7 against each other.^[2]
Copy-Vegeta emerges on Planet Potaufeu.^{[note 1]}
Future Trunks returns once again seeking aid from the past to combat Goku Black.^[2]

Freeza, killed by Son Goku.
Tagoma, killed by Freeza. This occurs only in Resurrection 'F'. In Dragon Ball Super, Tagoma presumably survives, having been switched into the body of a Namekian frog.
Ginyu, killed by Vegeta. This occurs only in Dragon Ball Super, after Ginyu swaps bodies with Tagoma.
Sorbet, killed by Vegeta.
Shisami
Hundreds of Freeza Army soldiers, killed by Freeza.
Copy-Vegeta, destroyed by
Zamasu, destroyed by Beerus.

Almost everyone on Earth (with the exception of Son Goku, Bulma, Turtle Hermit, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Piccolo, Son Gohan, Jaco, Whis, and Beerus) dies when Freeza blows up the planet in a last-ditch effort to defeat Vegeta. However, Whis uses his Temporal Do-Over ability to reverse time to before this event occurred.

↑ No official date has ever been given for the confrontation with Copy-Vegeta, but the two major events surrounding it both occur in Age 779.
