「勇者タピオンを復活させてほしい」と、怪しい老人ホイに頼まれた悟飯たちは、神龍でその封印を解除。見事、タピオンが出現するが、彼はなぜか復活を嘆く。彼の体の中には、母星を壊滅させようとした幻魔人・ヒルデガーンの上平身が封印されていたのだ！その日の晩、街ではヒルデガーンの下平身が暴走。そして勇者タピオンの努力も空しく、上平身も解き放たれたヒルデガーンは完全体に。悟空は超サイヤ人３となり相対する!!
