"Dragon Ball The Movies Blu-ray 8" is Toei Animation's high-definition release of all three Dragon Ball theatrical films. Volume 8 was released alongside Volume 7 in Japan on 09 January 2019.

世界一の珍味を求める贅沢なグルメス王に、グルメス王国の国民は苦しめられていた。悟空は、その王国から武天老師に助けを求めに来たパンジという少女と出会う。そして、パンジとともに武天老師のもとを経て、いざグルメス王国へ！だが、そこでは国王の手下であるパスタたちが待ちうけていた!!盗賊・ヤムチャも加わり、悟空たちは国王軍と大バトルを展開。その戦闘中、グルメスが急に巨大化する！
Dragon Ball: The Legend of Shenlong
The people of Gourmeth Kingdom are tormented by their indulgent King Gourmeth's demands for the world's best delicacies. From that kingdom, Goku meets Muten Rōshi, as well as a girl named Pansy, who came to the hermit seeking his help. With the two of them in tow, it's off to Gourmeth Kingdom! However, there, the king's subordinates Pasta and Vongo were waiting!! Joined by the bandit Yamcha, a huge battle between Goku's group and the king's army unfolds! Then, as they fight, Gourmeth suddenly grows huge!

Dragon Ball: The Sleeping Princess in Devil’s Castle
In order to become the Turtle Hermit's students, Goku and Kuririn are given the test of bringing him the Sleeping Princess. However, the Sleeping Princess is locked up in the far away Devil Castle. Goku and Kuririn, followed by Bulma and friends, set off for Devil Castle. As they infiltrate the castle, they are encountered and fought by demons. Meanwhile, Bulma is captured by Lucifer. Bulma is about to be used as a sacrifice when the banquet begins...

亀仙人のもとで修行をしていた悟空とクリリンは、力試しのために武術大会の開かれるミーファン帝国へと向かう。しかしミーファン帝国では、己の欲望のため、大臣の鶴仙人がドラゴンボールを集めていた。そんな中、悟空たちはドラゴンボールを持つウパとボラに出会う。そのボラとともに悟空たちは武術大会に出場するが、試合中ボラが桃白白に殺されてしまう。怒った悟空は桃白白に向かっていくが･･･。
Dragon Ball: A Mystical Great Adventure
While training under the Turtle Hermit, Goku and Kuririn go to the Miphan Empire, where a martial arts tournament is taking place, to test their strength. It turns out, the Crane Hermit has been gathering the Dragon Balls for his wicked desires. All the while, Goku meets Upa and Bora, who hold a Dragon Ball. Bora joins Goku and the rest in the tournament, but is killed by Tao Pai-pai. Now Tao Pai-pai faces an enraged Goku...

Menu
The disc menu is a still graphic featuring the seven Dragon Balls and an overlay resembling a film reel. Each movie's original promotional artwork is presented above a small selection of options pertaining to their respective feature, including a chapter list for all three.
The chapter lists are presented as pop-up menus, stylized after the Dragon Radar, which cover up the other two movies' artwork. Each chapter is represented by a still frame and a chapter number.
