"Dragon Ball The Movies Blu-ray 7" is Toei Animation's high-definition release of the thirteenth Dragon Ball Z theatrical film and the Dragon Ball 10th Anniversary Movie. Volume 7 was released alongside Volume 8 in Japan on 09 January 2019.

ドラゴンボールZ　龍拳爆発!!悟空がやらねば誰がやる
「勇者タピオンを復活させてほしい」と、怪しい老人ホイに頼まれた悟飯たちは、神龍でその封印を解除。見事、タピオンが出現するが、彼はなぜか復活を嘆く。彼の体の中には、母星を壊滅させようとした幻魔人・ヒルデガーンの上半身が封印されていたのだ！その日の晩、街ではヒルデガーンの下半身が暴走。そして勇者タピオンの努力も空しく、上半身も解き放たれたヒルデガーンは完全体に。悟空は超サイヤ人３となり相対する!!

Dragon Ball Z: Dragon Fist Explosion!! If Goku Won't Do it, Who Will?
"I want the hero Tapion brought back to life" is the wish made by the suspicious elder Hoi after Gohan and Videl assist him in awakening Shenlong. Upon his magnificent emergence, for some reason, he laments his resurrection. Inside his body, the upper half of the magical phantom Hildegarn, who destroyed his home planet, has been sealed away! That evening, the lower half of Hildegarn rampages downtown. After the hero Tapion's vain efforts, the upper half is released, both forming the complete Hildegarn. Goku faces it in Super Saiyan 3!!

Dragon Ball: The Path to Ultimate Strength
The young Son Goku meets Bulma on Mt. Paozu, departing on a journey to find the Dragon Balls. On this journey, Goku defeats General White at the Red Ribbon Army's Muscle Tower! He makes friends there with Artificial Human No. 8, or "Hatchan". Then, General Blue's fleet attacks, snatching away the Dragon Balls and abducting Bulma and the rest. Full of anger, Goku invades the Red Ribbon Army headquarters! There, he has a fierce battle with the army's own giant robot!!

Menu

The disc menu is a still graphic featuring the seven Dragon Balls and an overlay resembling a film reel. Each movie's original promotional artwork is presented above a small selection of options pertaining to their respective feature, including a chapter list for both.

The chapter lists are presented as pop-up menus, stylized after the Dragon Radar, which cover up the opposite movie's artwork. Each chapter is represented by a still frame and a chapter number.
