Jump Festa 2023 Limited Edition Special Comic is a promotional manga booklet available to attendees of Jump Festa 2023, an event held at Makuhari Messe 17 and 18 December 2022 in Chiba, Japan.
The book contains information about and selections from manga published at the time in Shueisha's V-Jump and Saikyō Jump magazines. The book is 404 pages long, split into 209- and 195-page sides each for the manga promoting each of the two respective magazines.
The entirety of Dragon Ball Super manga chapter 1 (including a greyscale version of its chapter title page) is printed as the first piece for the V-Jump side of the book. The final page of the V-Jump section promotes the Dragon Ball Super manga about to wrap-up the "Granolla the Survivor arc" in serialization, and the forthcoming "Super Hero arc" adaptation.
