The Jump Victory Carnival 2023 Official Guidebook is a small booklet given to all attendees of the Jump Victory Carnival event in 2023, which was held 23 July 2023 in Tokyo and 29 July 2023 in Osaka. Known as the "Saikyō V-Jump Festa" in 2012 and 2013, the event was renamed as "Jump Victory Carnival" in 2014, a name it retains to this day.
The book contains information about the various companies and products on display during the event, news about said upcoming products, and various spin-off/supplemental manga chapters in support of these franchises.

The Super Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game is highlighted on page 20.
Bandai's Super Girabbiti Coaster series for Dragon Ball is highlighted on page 22.
The Sand Land video game is highlighted on page 24.
Dragon Ball Manga
The 2023 book features a single bonus chapter of an ongoing Dragon Ball manga series.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultra God Mission!!!
Yoshitaka Nagayama contributes a two-page chapter of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultra God Mission!!!! on pages 50-51.
A quick overview is given regarding the Super Space Time Tournament, alongside the fact that Demigra is here, Aeos and Chronoa have transformed and are battling, and hope has been placed in Goku and Vegeta courtesy of their fusion into Vegetto. Fans are encouraged to go read the ongoing series in Saikyō Jump.
This two-page special chapter has yet to be reprinted.
