The Jump Victory Carnival 2024 Official Guidebook is a small booklet given to all attendees of the Jump Victory Carnival event in 2024, which was held 21 July 2024 in Tokyo. Known as the "Saikyō V-Jump Festa" in 2012 and 2013, the event was renamed as "Jump Victory Carnival" in 2014, a name it retains to this day.

The book contains information about the various companies and products on display during the event, news about said upcoming products, and various spin-off/supplemental manga chapters in support of these franchises.

Dragon Ball Product Information

The (at this time as-of-yet unreleased) Dragon Ball Super Divers arcade game is highlighted on page 14, alongside a plug for the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission Championship 2024.

The Dragon Ball Card Game: Fusion World is highlighted on page 15.

The Dragon Ball Super Warrior Sticker Wafers series is highlighted on page 16.

A variety of "Bandai Spirits" figures are highlighted on page 17, including the Ichiban Kuji "Dragon History" figure of Goku vs. Piccolo from the 23rd Tenka'ichi Budōkai.

The (at this time as-of-yet unreleased) Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO video game is highlighted on page 18.

The mobile video game Dragon Ball: Dokkan Battle is given a small highlight on page 19.

The (at this time as-of-yet unreleased) Dragon Ball Daima television series is briefly highlighted on page 24.

Dragon Ball Manga

First page of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultra God Mission!!!! bonus manga chapter on page 50

The 2024 book features a single bonus chapter of an ongoing Dragon Ball manga series.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission!

Yoshitaka Nagayama contributes a two-page chapter of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission! on pages 48-49.

The "Xeno" versions of Gohan, Goten, and Pan peek in on the events of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission! manga series running in Saikyō Jump.

This two-page special chapter has yet to be reprinted.
