K-230 is the Kanzenshuu catalogue number assigned to an unreleased piece of background music (BGM) composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for Dragon Ball: The Legend of Shenlong. The film premiered at Toei Manga Matsuri on 20 December 1986.

Overview

K-230 is a short piece that settles on C+. The augmented triad functions here like an altered dominant in the key of F, but F is never tonicized, and it is some time before the next BGM plays: K-231, in the key of F Minor.

K-230 is given the title "Yamcha Runs Away" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant,[1] the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions.
