K-440 is the Kanzenshuu catalogue number assigned to an unreleased piece of background music (BGM) composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for Dragon Ball: The Sleeping Princess in the Devil's Castle. The film premiered at Tōei Manga Matsuri on 18 July 1987.

Overview

K-440 is a medley of the Turtle Hermit theme written for the Dragon Ball TV series (F Major) and the Kuririn theme written for Dragon Ball Movie 2 (F Minor). The piece is given the title "Kame Sennin Takes Lunch Over The Princess" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant,^[1] the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions.
