K-804 is the Kanzenshuu catalogue number of an unreleased piece of background music (BGM) composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for Dragon Ball Z Movie 1. The film premiered at Toei Manga Matsuri on 15 July 1989.
K-804 follows the insert song "Tenka'ichi Gohan" in the film.
Overview
K-804 constitutes the film's Dragon Ball theme. Among the Dragon Ball–themed BGM, it is directly descended from M656, the final BGM of Dragon Ball Movie 3.
K-804 is given the title "Goku Approaches The Castle" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant,[1] the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions. The piece was assigned the Kanzenshuu catalogue number of K-804 based on its placement in the film.
