M118 is the official catalogue number of a piece of background music (BGM) composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi for the Dragon Ball anime in 1986. The piece debuted in Dragon Ball Episode 30 which was broadcast on 17 September 1986.

Overview

M118 is part b of the suite entitled "Shining Eyes of Blue", which is track #17 on disc #2 of the Daizenshuu.

Next, we have included M118, which among the various "pursuit" pieces was used quite frequently, and which was used in the scene where Goku chases after General Blue, who has escaped in a fighter plane. It is atop this music that Goku pursues General Blue, who has fled with the Dragon Balls in his possession, ending up in the Penguin Village.

M118 was given the title "Si Xing Qiu Chase" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant,[1] the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions. was assigned the Kanzenshuu catalogue number of K-133 based on its placement in the series.
