M740 is a piece in F Minor that ends on the dominant (C⁷). The full composition is part c of the suite entitled "The Saiyans Arrive!!", which is track #6 on disc #4 of the Daizenshuu and track #8 on disc #2 of the BGM Collection. The piece was assigned the Kanzenshuu catalogue number of K-723 based on its placement in the series. Though it is the seventeenth BGM in Dragon Ball Z, it is the twenty-third BGM debuting after Dragon Ball Movie 3.

M740 is given the title "Heavy Crisis" on The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant, the most common source for fan titles of Kikuchi's compositions.
