Theme Analysis
There are two distinct leitmotifs associated with the "Princess". The first, centered on F Minor, is introduced when Muten Rōshi tells Goku and Kuririn about the legend of the "sleeping princess". The second leitmotif, centered on C Minor, is introduced when Goku and Kuririn discover that the "princess" is actually a giant jewel. This C-Minor theme uses an augmented V as a substitute dominant.
