To me, the first confirmed moment Super Vegetto gets surpassed is when Super Baby 1 appears. Nothing else before that should be on Super Vegetto's level, IMO.

Also, I really don't trust Goku statements, there were many times where he was proven wrong, just like in his fight against Kid Buu in which he thought that he was able to defeat him as a SSJ3, even if he went full power I don't see him being all that strong compared to Kid Buu, if many attacks ...

Ultra Buu/Buff Buu vs SSJ3 Gotenks (If you think UB is able to defeat Gotenks them change it for Ultimate Gohan)

Ultra Buu can likely beat Gotenks, but he should lose to Gohan. I don't remember anything that indicates Buff Buu was overwhelmingly stronger than his "Super" counterpart to the point ...

If GT is any indication, Dragon Fist lets Goku hit out of his weight class, and since Wrath of the Dragon already has Goku outperforming Ultimate Gohan without it, Goku has the edge.

Hirudegarn wins handily, he was handling Ultimate Gohan just fine while Fat Janemba got wrecked by SSJ3 Goku.

At the barest minimum, Base Rildo is in the Super Buu bracket due to being on par with Baby Saga Base Goku, who blasted his way out of a pocket dimension.
