No, still Toru Furuya, but he did sound a little off. Once he gets more lines I'm sure he'll sound fine, he does great in the recent games.

Yajirobe sounds very slightly different than he originally did, originally his voice wasn't as quite as high pitched and "squeaky" and he sounded a little bit more like Kuririn, who has the same VA. It's only a small difference, but his voice was originally slightly less annoying.

In GT adult Trunks states that Piccolo is stronger than him (the early episode where Trunks has to dress as a girl for that monster), and while not canon it does give an indication of what TOEI thinks. Just thought I'd throw that in there just for fun, even if it doesn't count.
