Naoki Tatsuta (born 08 September 1950) is a Japanese voice actor from Naga, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. He was formerly affiliated with Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society and Arts Vision, and is currently employed by the talent management firm Aoni Production. His most notable Dragon Ball roles include Oolong, Yamu (Dragon Ball Z), and series narrator (Dragon Ball Super).
