Goku continues to smash up the building and Kuririn yells at him to stop this dangerous technique and return to normal. But Kuririn just gets a chunk of wall thrown at him. "Chaos Reigns at the Tenka'ichi Budōkai" is the fifty-first chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1985 #51 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
The announcer can't believe what is going on and informs everyone that Goku has turned into a giant monkey! Jackie freaks out, since Goku has broken free of his Bankoku-Bikkuri-Shō.
