"Zarbon's Hidden Power" is the two hundred and sixty-third chapter of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. It was first published in Japan in the 1990 #12 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary
Vegeta thinks Zarbon's threat is hilarious, and Zarbon decides to explain his true power before Vegeta dies. Zarbon says that he must transform in order to bring out his true power.
