Planet Imegga is the first stop on the Grand Tour. It first appears in Dragon Ball GT Episode 3 which debuted on Fuji TV on 21 February 1996 in Japan.
Overview
Name
Planet Imegga's name is based on がめつい (ガメツイ gametsui), which means "greedy". "Imegga" (イメッガ) contains a small ツ (tsu) which functions as a doubler for the following syllable, in this case the G in ガ (ga), so "Imegga" is an anagram with a twist.
