Toile is a fictional celestial body in the Dragon Ball franchise, located within Universe 11. The planet is first mentioned in the thirtieth chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga series, originally published 21 November 2017 in the January 2018 issue of Shueisha's V-Jump magazine.
General Overview
Toppo, having recently been summoned by the Universe 11 God of Destruction Vermoud, catches up with many of the other Pride Troopers currently engaged in battle on Planet Bath. The planet is some undetermined (but seemingly far) distance from Planet Toile, where Jiren is currently battling Oshlet aliens that have recently escaped the Galactic Prison. Jiren arrives on Bath soon after, and Dispo is surprised that he flew all the way there himself rather than taking a spaceship.[1]
Name
When examined alongside the "Oshlet" (likely a play on "washlet") alien race that Jiren is stated to be dealing with, as well as "Planet Bath" likely taking its name directly from the Japanese approximation of the English word "bath" (バス basu), Planet "Toile" is likely a play on "toilet", and more specifically from the French "toilette" (トワレ toware).
The planet's name is rendered as "Towale" in Viz's English translation of the manga.[2]
